Field Sales Representative (Outside Sales) – Long Island
50-65k plus commission
Territory – NYC/LI
Job Summary
As our Field Sales Representative (Outside Sales), you will identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques to sell our Computer networking services, VOIP phone solutions, Access Control, Security Camera Systems, and Automation Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect via phone, e-mail and face-to-face sales calls
- Attend different associations assigned to the position
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Become familiar with Salesforce and enter opportunities
- Use our quoting tool Quotewerks
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Responsible for maximizing revenue growth in assigned accounts, as well as obtaining new business
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ Years previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience with Outside Sales a Plus
- Experience with Microsoft, HP, Mitel, Axis products a Plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce a Plus
- Familiarity with Quotewerks a Plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
